This simple exercise is so powerful in helping you get a deeper connection to your goals. In this exercise, you use emotion and setting a vision as ways to really get passionate about your goals and super motivated.
Visualising your goals taps into your emotions and your “brain to emotions” connection. In this exercise, you’ll look at your goals and dream life from two perspectives.Â
One is how your life turned out because you took action and the other is how your life turned out because you didn’t!
Imagine and write this out to see what life could be!
Taking action will cost you, that’s obvious. But what’s isn’t always so obvious is that NOT taking action will cost you too! This exercise will help you see the full cost on inaction, or letting fear and anxiety stop you.
On the up side, feel inspired and motivated as you take a walk in your dream life and seeing what it could be!
