The part of your story you keep editing out? That’s probably the exact part someone else needs to hear. Not the polished version. The burnout. The cancelled launch. The year you lost yourself a little. The rebuilding. We try so hard to skip to the redeemed ending that we forget people connect through the messy middle. Your reader doesn’t need another perfect woman online. She needs proof that someone survived the chapter she’s currently living. Polished people are easy to admire. Authentic people are the ones who make people stay. As I started to experience more anxiety last year I had to come back to the basics I'd learnt and practiced over a decade from when I had PND. Not everything is in my control. I started to be more intentional in handing over in prayer to God what I couldn't change. I focused back on what was in my control. I'm not fully out of it but I'm in a much better place. Some lessons are made to be practiced, day in and day out. Prayer: God today I have over to you everything, but especially what I can't control. Let my peace be in you always not the outcome. Amen

Happy New Year! Found this audio and it really fit for 2025. This snapshot is me just now writing my goals for 2026 and my 10 year vision. 2025 was nothing like I expected. I chose the word "Expansion" as my word for the year and what came really had me expand as well as my capacity and what I experienced. I went back to work after 5 years at home. That helped me heal work place trauma. I did 2 big programs that helped me work on nervous system healing and pivoting to being faith based in my business. I experienced ongoing health issues that wore on me and experienced anxiety and depression in a way I hadn't for a decade. I experienced new levels of healing and self awareness. I stepped into new positions in my life, business and faith that felt beyond me. God showed me there's more work to do in the secret place. I lost hope and gained hope. I saw what I didn't want and gained renewed energy for what I do want. 2026 will not be a repeat of 2025. 2026 will be the foundation of my Brand New Era. Here's to the next 10 years! . . #newyear #2026 #newyeargoals #lifevision #10yearvision

Why people don't want coaching 🤔 can you relate? I've definitely been there. I have been worried a coach will push me harder than feels comfortable or they'd think my worries were silly or belittle me. My coaching is client led, safe and confidential.
