I had just had my second child and was experiencing post natal depression. I got CBT and while it helped me cope in tough situation, I realised ultimately I had to CHANGE the things I didn’t like.
This was the start of my personal development journey that led to this business.
I realised I wanted to create my life around my highest priorities – my young boys, my gifts (creativity and design) and make an impact with my story.
I set about it and created a life like that. Then a few years ago I found myself hitting a plateau. Anxiety rising, things going wrong.
Feeling frustrated in my faith too, wanting more of that abundant life and closeness to God.
That led to me pursuing God in a new and different way. I was in a Job season, stuck and asking God why?
It was the beginning of my faith based inner healing journey.
God orchestrated me being at a Sozo conference and connecting with a Christian Life Coach who was also a pastor.
We worked together with coaching and inner healing and uncovered and released trauma, painful experiences and lies that I believed and that were running my life.
I also started to work with a spiritual director (it’s a bit of a funny name because they don’t direct, they ask questions!) and we worked through some hard and painful things around my faith.
I found a dated and unassuming little book at my parents on healing by Roy Lawrence which introduced some contemplative exercises.
I learnt and came to believe in our mystical union with Christ that we experience when we believe. God was no longer ‘out there’ ‘up there’ he is in me.
I invested in a faith based membership which helped me rebuild my daily devotional habit.
I became part of Katrina Ruths world and bought her course faith built business and went back to the drawing board, closing down some of my old stuff.
I was then led to discovering and winning 2 scholarships worth over $4500 with Christian coaches Heather Shriver Burns and Anita Albert Watson!
Now if all that isn’t God then I don’t know what is. And because of the impact on my life I know this is what I’m called to teach and share on next!
I realised this dream life I talk about, is grounded in making an eternal impact, sharing that God given message or gift!
And no longer can I play small, stay small, be silenced or silence myself…

Born in Zambia and raised in the UK, I know what it’s like to feel like an outsider, to silence yourself, and to wrestle with self-doubt. I spent years as a ‘good girl’—a people-pleaser with high expectations, afraid of making mistakes. My journey took me from a dream career as a fashion designer to motherhood, entrepreneurship, and ultimately, coaching. Through postpartum depression, career uncertainty, and inner healing, I learned we don’t just have to cope with life’s struggles—we can transform them.
Now, I empower heart-led, creative ‘good girls’ to step off the beaten path and pick their own adventure. Through transformative courses, coaching, and faith-based inner healing, I help women take their negative thoughts captive, release fear and judgment, and step into their God-given purpose with freedom.
My ideal clients? They are quiet women with a loud message. They’ve been afraid to use their voices—silenced by life’s experiences or their own doubts—but they know there’s more for them. They want to shine, serve, and share their gifts and stories to create impact and income—to the glory of God.
