7 ways I make money online using my skills, God given gifts and my story
- My first online sales came from creating my own branded products that I sold on Amazon FBA.
- I loved the way I had grown as a person in starting my business and wanted to share that so I started creating printables, planners and sharing my story and content. I opened my Etsy shop itstartswiththedream and remember how nervous I was, then getting my first sale.
- I then sold my printables on my website, then physical planners. I relaised I had to make my own traffic. I built my 100 or so subscribers by sharing free printables in Facebook groups. I created blog posts, used instagram and Pinterest. I then started making Youtube videos which I post on my blog, and use the audio on my podcast.
- Next I took a course called Passive Income Planner Girl by Michelle Rohr and this was the best $99 I ever spent in my business! 5. I went on to create a course about how I make my physical planners as I had a lot of people asking me how I go about it. I offered a low price to buy the course before I’d made it to the people who had said they were interested. Some of my students in my course became my affiliates. They promote my course and get a commission. That’s one of my favourite ways to make an income. You have people who like what you do, simply share it with their people who it could be a great fit for! It’s a win win situation.
7. As I had these creative skills I had people ask me if I could design their printables. I started to offer creative service doing all the creative things I do for myself in my business. I have space for 2 retainer clients if you’re a course creator or run a membership or program.
8. Finally the 8th way I’ve made money online is by coaching or mentoring. I’ve run a membership where I coach women through goal setting. I also offered one to one sessions with my planner students as some wanted more help or accountability. I love sharing what I know and find this a really fulfilling way to make an income.
