In just one month, you’ll receive personalized coaching, practical tools, and accountability to push past limitations and create meaningful change in your life.

Over four weeks, you’ll set a clear goal, receive weekly one-on-one coaching, and engage in tailored activities to keep you motivated and on track. You’ll also have access to exclusive resources and a supportive community for guidance and encouragement.

The 4-Week Breakthrough is designed to fit into your life. Coaching sessions are flexible, and you’ll receive Monday goal-setting check-ins and Friday progress updates through Voxer or Telegram, allowing you to stay connected and accountable without interrupting your schedule.

How is this different from Design Your Dreams?
The 4-Week Breakthrough is designed for women who already have a goal in mind and are ready to take massive action toward it and finish 2024 on a high. While Design Your Dreams is a self-study course that helps you clarify your vision and uncover your values, purpose, and priorities, the 4-Week Breakthrough is a one on one caching package focused on making real progress toward your biggest goal for 2024. Whether you’re launching a digital product, creating a planner, or sharing your story, this program provides the coaching and support to help you cross the finish line.
Will there be any resources provided?
Yes! You’ll receive resources like my Design Your Dreams planner, and tools to enhance your productivity, stay focused, and keep moving forward on your goal. These materials will guide your goal-setting and keep you accountable throughout the coaching package and beyond.
What happens after the 4-Week Breakthrough?
Once you complete the 4-Week Breakthrough, you’ll have the option to continue your progress through additional coaching or programs. You’ll leave with the momentum, insights, and clarity needed to continue achieving your goals and setting new intentions for the future.
How do I book?
Booking and payment is via TidyCal which is my scheduling tool. You’ll be able to see the available coaching slots and book them all in one go. After these are booked and paid I’ll send you a coaching agreement to sign and then manually give access to the Hub where you’ll access the printable planner and quarterly planning video series.
This planner comes with the annual pages first, then ,monthly and quarterly dashboards.
The quarterly section has the pages (monthly roadmap + review x 3, monthly planner x 3, weekly roadmap, review, planner x 12 ) planner duplicated over so you can print out a whole quarter in one go.

Challenge: Overcoming Guilt and Rediscovering Balance: Duration: 3 x 60 minute sessions
E.H came to coaching feeling uncertain about her life direction. A naturally caring and giving person, she had spent much of her time supporting a charity, helping her elderly parents, and looking after adult siblings with health issues. However, after experiencing poor health herself and supporting her husband through surgery, she realised that she needed to step back and prioritise her own well-being. Despite this, she struggled with feelings of guilt and the pressure to continue caring for others, often at the expense of her own wellbeing.
Identifying the Challenge: During our initial sessions, we discussed the pressures and obligations E.H felt in her caregiving roles. She was torn between wanting to continue supporting others and the realisation that she needed to take better care of herself. This internal conflict left her feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how to move forward without neglecting her needs.
