Several years back I was feeling low, suffering with anxiety and postnatal depression. I felt stale in life and in my job.
I was following the path I’d set formyself at 18 but here I was with 2 gorgeous boys and my life was turned upside down!
I knew life has to change, I felt there was more out there. I finally got some help with CBT and along with my Christian faith I started down a road of personal growth.
I started to have a dream for my life again and had more clarity and focus than I’d had in years. I started to do new things that once scared me and found myself purposfully stepping out into my fears.
I created the Life planner and self care planner to help other women who maybe feel like I did.

What is print on demand?
The Life planner is a print on demand product. This means a copy is only printed and manufactured when you place an order. This reduces environmental waste too! Shipping and production is 10 – 20 working days from order.

I don’t have a lot of time, how long does it take to?
It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day busyness of life but you owe it to yourself to take some time out and figure out what you want and where you’re going. The first part of the planner are prompts and excersises. You could do them in a week spending about an hour a day or spread them out over a fortnight. If you have limited time you can pick one excersise to focus on that you feel is more relevant to your season of life. The accompanying video hub has a 7 day structure so you can finish it in 7 days.
I already have my goals, will this help?
I believe that reguarly going over our goals is essential. We’re always changing and so is life. I believe you’ll get value out of doing this workbook time and time again. It also includes planning, review and habits which will help you with your existing goals.
Is there any accountability or 1 on 1 coaching?
I don’t currently offer 1 on 1 coaching in this product but I do have a membership and 1-2-1 clarity calls.
What is a printable?
A printable is a pdf file. It is a workbook or planner sheet but in the form of a PDF file. You will receieve a text file link to the download. Once downloaded open it up and print which ever pages you need at the time.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital files, I don’t offer refunds on the printables. I have included images and a video walk through to showcase what you’d receieve. If you have any questions please ask at hi@itstartswiththedream.com
For the Printed planners, we would need to receive back the planner to the U.K address to give a refund. Of course if the product arrives damaged we would send a replacement.
