First we’ll create a compelling vision for our life. A picture of what it could be.
You’ll look at your annual goals and create actionable plans. The system and planner are based on quarterly planning, so these plans will be broken into quarters, months and then weeks. You’ll be deep diving into each goal so you’ll always know what to work on even if you don’t plan.
Life is a journey, and crafting your dream life is a process. You’ll learn about routines, habits and mindset shifts to help you enjoy the process not just the end result.
While it’s simple, it’s not always easy
We get held back by all the negative mind chatter, we create drama, we sell ourselves on why we can’t, we worry what others think and deep down we don’t always feel worthy.
These are all thoughts or beliefs, and the thing to understand is that all these thoughts are not the real you.
When you start to see that, then it doesn’t matter that those thoughts pop up and you find yourself taking action ANYWAY.
Fear, anxiety, judgment, limiting beliefs or trauma don’t need to stop you.
You can experience them and still take big inspired action.
When you start to watch your thoughts and understand how you think about them is what causes your feelings, which in turn impact your actions then you see why choosing new beliefs, or putting on a new ‘identity’ is as important as designing the dreams.
Armed with these tools you can experience the ups and downs, the crisis’s of life and still feel like you’re crafting a life of dreams.
The dreaming goes hand in hand with working on our thoughts and actions.

My Story
Over 7 years ago I was struggling with postnatal depression, worried about being made redundant on maternity leave – I got therapy but more than that I started to change my life. ⠀

I had to create a new dream for my life, then I had to connect to my reason WHY, my motivation to do it, finally I had to plan and execute!
Since then I went on to get my dream job as a swimwear designer for a top Uk retailer, I stayed home with my young kids, I got a job that fit my family, paid off a loan, travelled to Africa and South America with my kids and now created my own job I can do from home as well as It Starts With The Dream.
This is my ultimate passion project where I get to inspire and help other women to create they dreams, overcome fear and doubt and take action towards their dreams! ⠀

Dream
We start off big picture vision for your life, using exercises like ‘your dream day’ to bring clarity and help you mentally picture what life could be.
Design
We break down those big dreams into smaller and more manageable time lines of 1 year, 1 quarter, 1 month and a week.
Become
We back those plans with mindset work, looking at the obstacles that may stop us and how that connects back to what we believe, our identity and the way we see ourselves.
Take control
You’ll underpin your journey with reducing overwhelm with ‘clarifying questions’, taking care of ourselves and designing our thoughts to align with our goals.
Create connection
We’ll use journalling to really bring our vision to life in our minds, create emotion to inspire us and connect us to our goals and start to ’embody’ the person who has our dream life.
Because our beliefs inform our emotions, which affect our actions that cause the results we experience.
Instead of changing our actions first, we work on our beliefs until we ‘become’ the person we need to be to see the results (our dreams) appear in our lives.
This way of goal setting is backed up by science, you may have heard of it if you’re familiar with CBT (Cognitive behaviour therapy).
It won’t matter what you believe in, if you believe in Jesus like me or other spiritual practise, you will still get results because you are re-wiring your brain, taking on new beliefs that create big inspired action that leads to results in your life!
I’m sharing my whole journey so there’ll be the strategy, neuroscience while leaving space for the spiritual (if you wish) I’ll also be sharing my personal experiences with God meeting me in the gap of where I am and where I want to be.
While I can’t teach you how to get a miracle I believe when we have a clear vision, work towards it things start to happen that we can’t explain!

You have been taking an online course and feel so much more confident about your skills. It’s also really fun to learn something new.

Is the content immediately available?
Yes it is. I also plan to update or add anything that may be useful.
What format is this course?
This course is a video course. You also get a 166 page planner to use and extra worksheets.
How long will it take to complete?
The modules are released weekly over 6 weeks. Expect to spend 1.5-2 hours a week if you want to keep up with the weekly schedule. Do you believe you are worthy of investing that time to creating a more meaningful life? I do 🙂
How long do I have access for?
This is a self study course where you will have ongoing access.
Why is the price low?
I love to give good value. I want to get this course into as many hands as possible of the people who really need it.
Is this for business or life?
This frameworks works for any area of your life, business, school, home, parenting etc.
Is there coaching?
No this is self study but you can book me to go through the course 1 on 1 too.
Is this law of attraction?
No, this is not. I believe in Biblical principles for good living which may cross over. Concept like reaping and sowing, gratitude, praise, forgiveness and being mindful of your words and thoughts. Everyone is welcome.
It is not a Christian course but I may talk about God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit. If these words offend you then I won’t be a good fit.

No there isn’t. I welcome folk who are committed to their dreams and will take action on what they learn.
