In today episode I talk about how we can achieve or ‘live’ into our goals now by taking away the ‘shoulds and musts’.
I use my own example of starting up my membership and how this reframe helped me to move forward and achieve my goal of having a membership.

Often we attach outcomes or a prescribed path to our goals. This is informed by our friends, family, society, or ‘gurus or experts’.
Â
If we strip this away we can see our goals in a new perspective and see ways to live into that goal today, this week or month.

My challenge to you:
Is there a goal that you’ve been putting off for over a year?
If you reframe it and take away the shoulds and musts, how can you achieve a version of that goal today or this week?
