Hi guys, this is a bit of a different and unusual post for me. It’s been an unsettling and weird time for many of us. If you’ve been affected with your health, job or finances my heart goes out to you!
It’s a time when there is so much fear being put in front of us and anxiety is running high.
At a time when we can’t control the outside situations, it’s more important than ever to control our minds and emotions.
Anxiety and post natal depression were a big part of my journey which saw me start Called Out Living. That sense that we’ve been called out of our normal lives to walk a different path and create life on our own terms.
I think that’s an important thing right now. To ask, how do I live my ideal life in an uncertain time, how do I live out purpose and find fulfilment when everything is crashing down around me.
I don’t mean to simplify it, because it’s not easy! It’s one of the hardest things to try and make a new path for yourself and family, especially when it goes against the norms.
