As a coach, I often hear women talk about rules or mindset they picked up as kids. thing that were said to them like:
“If you can’t do it perfectly, don’t do it at all.”
“I want doesn’t get.”
“Be seen and not heard.”
“You can’t pay the bills with art.”
These are the kinds of phrases many of us grew up with—rules handed down by well-meaning adults or shaped by the culture around us. But when we hold them up against the life we really want to live—authentic, creative, purpose-led—they can quietly keep us stuck.
In this episode, I’m exploring the childhood beliefs we’ve outgrown and asking the big question: What rules need breaking so we can finally move forward?
If you’re ready to let go of the old stories and create space for who you’re becoming, you’re in the right place.
Let’s challenge the script—together.

Explore how this belief has influenced your choices and whether it still aligns with the life you want to create.
2. “If I could rewrite that rule to reflect my truth today, what would it say instead? How would that new belief change the way I act, dream, or pursue my goals?”
Use this to craft a new, empowering belief that supports your authentic self and future.
